Solemar
Solemar is a luxury oceanfront residential tower that elevates coastal living in Pompano Beach. Positioned on nearly three acres with 250 linear feet of beachfront, the 18-story building rises above a two-story podium and features 105 residences with sweeping ocean views and refined contemporary design. The site includes over 25,000 square feet of curated outdoor spaces that provide a seamless extension of the indoor lifestyle.
ArquitectonicaGEO’s landscape design introduces a warm, elegant experience grounded in native ecology and coastal character. Guests arrive through a richly planted porte-cochère, framed by a sculptural water feature that sets a tone of tranquility and sophistication.
The amenity deck on level three offers 19,600 square feet of lush outdoor programming, including a resort-style pool, shaded cabanas, lounge areas with hammocks, BBQ stations, and a spa. Two privately owned rooftop terraces, each 1,950 square feet, feature trellises, grills, and private spas, creating elevated retreats with ocean views.
A native planting palette reinforces a sense of place while supporting sustainability—requiring less water, reducing maintenance, and enhancing habitat for coastal wildlife. These selections restore natural biodiversity and strengthen the site’s resilience to storms and sea spray.
At the ground level, GEO led the dune restoration and beach access design, introducing native species that mirror the surrounding coastal ecology. A sensitively integrated public access path connects residents and visitors to the shoreline while protecting the fragile dune system. Plantings include maritime hammock species that serve as a natural barrier against wind and salt, enhancing ecological performance.
From the arrival sequence to the rooftop terraces and dune walk, ArquitectonicaGEO’s design celebrates the relationship between architecture and landscape—transforming Solemar’s setting into a modern expression of oceanfront serenity.
