Mr. C Residences
Mr. C Residences, currently under construction will rise 20 stories and have 118 luxury condo units and first-class outdoor elevated amenities. The first residential project for Mr. C, the upscale hospitality brand was created by the fourth generation of Italy’s Cipriani family. The residences will offer an entirely new waterfront residential experience where beauty is found in every detail, creating memorable experiences. Throughout the residences, modern architectural forms interplay with the natural environment, while sophisticated, contemporary design adds rich textural contrast.
Mr. C Residences brings together complementary uses along the most iconic waterfront boulevard of Coconut Grove. Two nautically inspired Residential Towers appear to sail toward Biscayne Bay. Residents will have access to roof top pools, a native species garden nestled between the towers and have excellent walkability to the center of Coconut Grove. Curvilinear geometries frame the linear balconies that overlook the marinas, the city skyline, and the lush tree canopy of Coconut Grove.
Taking inspiration from formal Italian and French gardens helped ArqGEO craft a conceptual bridge to the tropical setting. A new interpretation of the elegance and sophistication of the Old World, Mr.C Residences in Coconut Grove derives its class and refinement from its history and culture, while at the same time offering a rich but timeless aesthetics, modern amenities, technology and all elements of comfort for a modern lifestyle.
Focusing on the arrival sequence, drop-off areas, elevated amenity decks and terraces, ArqGEO’s design effectively communicates the essence of the character of the destination thoughtful design of space, materials, form, and functionality.
Mr. C Residences was designed by Arquitectonica with interior design by Meyer Davis. It is estimated to be completed in 2022
