Isla Mocoli
The landscape design for Isla Mocoli is inspired by the master plan of the development. Two strong water features intersect, forming a central island that creates additional waterfront residential plots with enhanced views of exotic water lilies and aquatic plants.
The main strategy was to divide the green areas according to programmatic elements for different age groups. The central park is programmed with an outdoor amphitheater and a skate-park protected by low berms. A toddler park is tucked away where this younger age group has its own playground, party room and micro-soccer field. The adults have their own fitness center, tennis courts and soccer field.
