Brickell Heights
Brickell Heights is a 1,428,000 SF (132,714 m2) development comprised of a 49-story tower and a 47-story tower containing a total of 690 luxury condominiums, 5 swimming pools, ground floor retail, and a parking structure for 970 cars. The two-tower mixed-use development features an Equinox and SoulCycle. ArquitectonicaGEO served as the landscape architect, implementing hardscapes and planting throughout the project.
Anchoring the building to its context, furthering the urban lifestyle Brickell Heights aims to provide, we created wide streetscapes shaded by native Florida trees and shrubs. The expansive amenity deck, located on the ninth floor is a shared space for residents. It includes pools and spas, lounging spaces, and a children’s play area. The amenity deck also includes a private pool for Equinox members. Native vegetation is planted throughout the amenity deck, providing shade and enhancing the spaces visual appeal.
