Set along the oceanfront of Miami Beach’s prestigious Collins Avenue, Beach House 8 is a striking 10-story boutique condominium that redefines coastal luxury through minimalist design, exclusivity, and refined outdoor living. Designed by Arquitectonica, with interiors by Michele Bönan, and developed by Valerio Morabito and Ugo Colombo, the building offers just eight residences—including a multi-level penthouse—each with expansive terraces and uninterrupted views of the Atlantic.

At the heart of the project’s identity is its seamless integration of architecture and landscape design by ArquitectonicaGEO, which elevates the building’s exterior amenities into a curated experience of wellness, sophistication, and nature. The landscape architecture reinforces the indoor-outdoor lifestyle by emphasizing native plantings, climate-sensitive materials, and layered visual and spatial connections to the coastline.

The oceanfront pool terrace features a 75-foot lap pool, Jacuzzi, and private poolside cabanas set within lush, salt-tolerant planting beds that provide shade, privacy, and a natural buffer from the elements. ArquitectonicaGEO’s planting strategy utilizes low-maintenance, native species to reduce irrigation needs while maintaining a refined, tropical aesthetic. Sculptural palms and coastal grasses are carefully positioned to frame views without interrupting the building’s modern, clean lines.

Natural stone paving and wood decking extend the architectural language of the building into the landscape, while custom-designed lounge and dining areas offer residents intimate spaces to relax, entertain, and connect with the oceanfront setting. A fireplace terrace and thoughtfully placed seating nooks are embedded in the landscape, enhancing usability throughout the day and evening.
