Aria on the Bay

Aria on the Bay, is a 51-story luxury waterfront residential condominium tower in the Omni District of downtown Miami. This 1,374,000 SF development includes 647 condo units, ground floor retail and structured parking for 843 cars. Aria on the Bay is a transit-oriented-development located near Miami’s Metromover transit line. ArquitectonicaGEO designed the projects streetscapes along NE 18 Street & North Bayshore Drive, and the 14th floor amenity deck with sunrise and sunset-facing pools, a jacauzzi, grills, and lounge areas which features an extensive selection of Florida native plants. The amenity decks east-west layout was designed around the movement of the sun, incorporating sunrise and sunset pools.
