A sculptural green wall at the drop-off area introduces residents to the building’s wellness-centered ethos from the outset. This living façade, layered with native plantings, provides a sense of privacy, calm, and sensory richness, setting the tone for a tranquil transition into the double-height lobby. It acts as a vertical garden, enhancing visual appeal while contributing to improved air quality and microclimate moderation.
By placing the parking garage underground, the design preserves the ground level as a continuous pedestrian-friendly green space. This allows for an uninterrupted transition between the residences and the beachfront, fostering a strong indoor-outdoor relationship.
